We have the follow needs for help for the fall season:

Concession Coordinator (Beggs)

• Select / Purchase inventory - determine what is needed and use club funds to purchase inventory for the season, replenishing as needed.

• Coordinate Concession Volunteer Sign Up - create and circulate a sign up form to players families, ensure there is coverage each weekend.

• Handle Cash Week to Week - the Concession Coordinator holds the cash throughout the season to pay refs and replenish supplies as needed.

 Concession Volunteers (Beggs)

• Work the concession stand for 60-90 minutes (3 shifts per game day)

• First Shift opens the stand and sets everything out

• Last Shift closes the stand and puts everything away.

Field Lining - (Beggs and Riehl)

• Initial lining of fields (3-4 hrs, once a season)
• Maintenance Lining (1 hr/wk/field)
